Working Principle of Hot Riveting Welding Machine for Automobile Door Plate
The special welding machine for large-scale automobile door panels adopts the stripping structure, and the heat of the heating plate is transferred to the welding surface of the upper and lower plastic heaters by electric heating method. The surface of the heating plate is melted, and then the heating plate is withdrawn rapidly. After heating, the melting surface of the upper and lower heating parts is fused, solidified and integrated. (The whole machine is in the form of frame, which is composed of three big plates: upper template, lower template and hot template. It is equipped with hot die, upper and lower plastic cold die. The action mode is pneumatic control. It is mainly suitable for welding plastic parts such as household appliances, car lights and automobile dissolvers. According to different size of plastic parts, heating power and die size can be set to realize welding of various plastic parts, which is easy to operate and easy to use. The heating plate is composed of upper and lower parts, and is heated by an electric heat pipe. Two temperature controllers are set up to control the temperature of upper and lower modes respectively. When welding, it can be set by itself in the range of 0-600 C according to the actual needs of welding.
